Job Summary:
We are looking for a persuasive and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services, answer questions, and generate leads or sales. You should be able to handle rejection, remain courteous at all times, and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients.
- Handle inbound queries related to products/services.
- Explain products and services in a clear and professional manner.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Schedule appointments or demos for field sales team (if applicable).
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in marketing or communication is a plus.
- Prior experience in Telecalling, telesales, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication in [language(s)].
- Good listening skills and customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
