Multi Skilled Technician

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Technician to carry out maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks across various systems including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, hands-on, and capable of working independently or as part of a team to ensure smooth operation and safety of all technical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and system failures.
• Carry out installation and commissioning of machinery and systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and service reports.
• Collaborate with other technicians and departments to coordinate repairs and maintenance schedules.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for facility or production efficiency.
• Respond to service requests and perform preventive maintenance as scheduled.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a similar multi-skilled technician role.
• Sound knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and/or HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety standards and practices.
• Proficient with hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Multi-trade certification (electrical + mechanical/HVAC).
• Experience with PLCs, automation systems, or BMS (Building Management Systems).
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
