Job Title: AC Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring systems are operating efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and checkups to ensure systems function efficiently.
• Replace, adjust, or clean parts and systems as necessary.
• Calibrate thermostats and ensure proper system operation.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
• Record maintenance and repair work performed.
• Provide accurate estimates for repair or installation services.
• Offer professional customer service and explain issues clearly to clients.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or HVAC certification preferred.
• Proven experience as an AC technician or similar role.
• Valid HVAC technician license (if required by local laws).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration cycles, and control systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Physical ability to perform manual labuor, including lifting and climbing.
