Waiter

A waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests in a restaurant or dining setting. They take food and beverage orders, serve meals, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience. Waiters must have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers with a welcoming attitude
• Present menus and explain daily specials or promotions
• Take accurate food and drink orders
• Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly
• Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
• Clear tables, reset for the next guests, and maintain a clean dining area
• Process bills and handle payments
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Good memory and attention to detail
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience (preferred but not required)

Work Environment:
