Employment Information

The People Services Supervisor leads and supports the day-to-day operations of the People Services (HR) team. This role ensures efficient delivery of HR services including employee onboarding, records management, HR systems administration, benefits support, and policy compliance. The supervisor serves as a liaison between HR, employees, and management to promote a positive employee experience and continuous improvement of people processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide People Services Specialists/Assistants in delivering timely and accurate HR services.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, offboarding, and life cycle events to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support and monitor HRIS data integrity and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Benefits, etc.) to streamline processes.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex employee inquiries and concerns, resolving or directing them appropriately.
  • Maintain HR documentation, including employee files, HR policies, and compliance records.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements and digital automation within HR operations.
  • Partner with payroll and benefits teams to ensure seamless coordination of employee data and transactions.
  • Train and develop team members, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies in all HR transactions and communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, labor law compliance, and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Customer-service mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
