  • Monitor ingredients, inventory, and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure all baking processes comply with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking area and equipment
  • Proven experience as a bakery chef or pastry chef.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry arts.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Requires standing for long periods and lifting heavy items (e.g., flour bags, trays).
  • May involve early shifts starting before dawn.
