Employment Information

The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations in a retail environment, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, and supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and efficient store operations.
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, including safety and security standards.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store cleanliness and presentation.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and generating reports.
  • Open and close the store as required, ensuring cash handling procedures are followed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail or customer service (supervisory experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in retail or management are a plu
