Job Summary:
We are seeking a Scaffolding Technician experienced in assembling and dismantling temporary structures for concerts and large-scale events. The ideal candidate should understand load-bearing safety, structural integrity, and be capable of working at height.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures for concert stages, LED walls, and lighting trusses.
- Interpret technical plans and site layouts to ensure safe and efficient scaffolding setups.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, especially for elevated structures.
- Secure scaffolding materials and verify the structural integrity before use.
- Work collaboratively with rigging and lighting teams during stage builds.
- Perform maintenance checks and report defective or damaged parts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in scaffolding work, preferably for the entertainment or event industry.
- Familiarity with European safety standards and working at heights protocols.
- Physically fit, able to lift heavy equipment and work long hours.
- Attention to detail and strong awareness of safety procedures.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Teamwork, flexibility, and reliability are essential.
