Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi AC Technician to join our maintenance team. The technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various types of air conditioning systems, including split units, central systems, VRC system& Central. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling multiple AC systems across residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair split AC, window AC, ducted AC, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, and central HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in VRC system& Central.
• Replace defective components such as motors, sensors, filters, thermostats, compressors, etc.
• Recharge systems with refrigerants and ensure compliance with environmental standards.
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
• Maintain service records and complete job reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company standards.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and after-hours calls if required.
• Provide support to junior technicians and apprentices if needed.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in VRC system& Central, refrigeration, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in VRC system& Central maintenance and repair.
• In-depth knowledge of multiple AC systems and refrigeration cycle principles.
• Ability to work with tools, gauges, and testing equipment.
• Good understanding of electrical and plumbing systems related to VRC system& Central.
• Valid HVAC technician license or EPA certification (as applicable).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:
