Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Heavy Vehicle Driver to transport goods and materials safely and efficiently. The driver will operate heavy-duty trucks, trailers, or other large vehicles in compliance with company policies and all local, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy vehicles such as trailers, trucks, tippers, tankers, or construction equipment.
• Ensure the safe loading, securing, and unloading of cargo.
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicle.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel use, and hours of service.
• Follow designated routes and schedules while adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
• Report any accidents, incidents, or mechanical issues promptly.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
• Cooperate with logistics, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications:

• Valid heavy vehicle driving license (as required by local laws).
• Proven experience as a heavy vehicle driver.
• Clean driving record.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Physical fitness and stamina.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic mechanical skills for minor repairs and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of cargo handling and safety practices.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
