An Electrical Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supervising the manufacturing and installation of electrical systems, components, or equipment. This includes work on power generation and distribution systems, control systems, communications, and electronic devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components to required specifications.
- Create technical drawings and schematics using CAD software.
- Evaluate systems, products, or processes for cost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct system testing and validation procedures, and analyze data to improve system performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other engineers and project managers on design and implementation.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Research and stay current with emerging technologies in the electrical engineering field.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred for some roles).
- rofessional Engineer (PE) license may be required or preferred.
- Proficiency in electrical design software
