Cell Phone Technician (Mobile Repair Specialist)

Job Summary:  

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Cell Phone Technician to join our technical service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and testing a wide range of smartphones and tablets from various brands, including Apple, Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, and others.  

Key Responsibilities:  

- Diagnose hardware and software issues in smartphones and tablets.  

- Repair or replace defective components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, buttons, and speakers.  

- Perform micro-soldering and board-level repairs when required.  

- Install and update software/firmware, back up and restore data, and remove viruses or malware.  

- Maintain accurate records of repairs and customer interactions.  

- Provide technical support and advice to customers on phone maintenance and proper usage.  

- Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards.  

Requirements:  

- Proven experience in mobile device repair (minimum 1 year preferred).  

- Solid understanding of mobile phone hardware and software systems.  

- Experience with repair tools, multimeters, soldering irons, and diagnostic software.  

- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.  

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.  

- Strong customer service orientation.  

- High school diploma or vocational training in electronics preferred.  

Work Conditions:  

- Full-time position with flexible hours.  

- Indoor repair lab/store setting.  

- Occasionally required to manage multiple repairs under tight deadlines.
