Employment Information

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller Executive to join our sales/support team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales or appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
  • Explain the company’s products/services clearly and persuasively.
  • Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
  • Maintain customer database and records of all interactions.
  • Schedule appointments for field sales team (if required).
  • Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Maintain professionalism and excellent communication at all times.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as telecaller or similar role (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in [English/Hindi/Regional Language – specify as needed].
  • Ability to handle rejection and stress in a professional manner.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
