We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller Executive to join our sales/support team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales or appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Explain the company’s products/services clearly and persuasively.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain customer database and records of all interactions.
- Schedule appointments for field sales team (if required).
- Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Maintain professionalism and excellent communication at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as telecaller or similar role (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in [English/Hindi/Regional Language – specify as needed].
- Ability to handle rejection and stress in a professional manner.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
