Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience for all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Draft and post job descriptions and advertisements across various platforms.
- Communicate professionally and regularly with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Assist in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Support onboarding activities and pre-employment checks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and deadlines simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience recruiting for a specific industry (e.g., IT, finance, healthcare) is a plus.
- Knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
