Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Draft and post job descriptions and advertisements across various platforms.
  • Communicate professionally and regularly with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Assist in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
  • Support onboarding activities and pre-employment checks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions and deadlines simultaneously.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience recruiting for a specific industry (e.g., IT, finance, healthcare) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
