Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and working closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategic plans and campaigns.
- Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics and pipeline progress.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to network and promote the company.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
