As a Marketing Executive in the banking sector, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and product uptake. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to promote the bank’s financial products and services through both digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for retail and corporate banking products (e.g., loans, credit cards, savings accounts).
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and digital teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Oversee production of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, digital content, and signage.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, using analytics to optimize strategies.
- Support event planning, sponsorships, and promotional activities to enhance brand presence.
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations and brand guidelines in all marketing activities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the financial services or banking industry.
- Strong understanding of banking products, customer segments, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, CRM tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
