Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve fresh juices, smoothies, and other cold beverages as per recipes or customer preferences.
- Select, wash, peel, cut, and process fruits and vegetables for juice preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, juicing equipment, and utensils.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients to maintain freshness.
- Manage inventory of fruits, vegetables, and supplies, and report when stock is low.
- Follow safety and food handling standards at all times.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
- Maintain accurate portion control to minimize waste.
- Clean and sanitize juicing machines and equipment after use.
