Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Service:
    • Greet customers warmly and assist with seating.
    • Present menus, take orders accurately, and answer questions about the menu.
  2. Food & Beverage Serving:
    • Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
    • Ensure orders are delivered correctly and to customer satisfaction.
  3. Cleanliness & Setup:
    • Set tables with utensils, napkins, and condiments.
    • Maintain cleanliness of dining area before, during, and after service.
  4. Order Management:
    • Relay orders to the kitchen and bar accurately.
    • Handle special requests or dietary requirements professionally.
  5. Billing & Payments:
    • Prepare and present bills using POS systems.
    • Process payments in cash, card, or digital formats.
  6. Customer Satisfaction:
    • Check on guests during the meal and respond to additional needs.
    • Address complaints politely and inform the supervisor if needed.
  7. Team Collaboration:
    • Work with hosts, kitchen staff, and other servers for smooth operations.
    • Assist in restocking and closing duties as required.
