Roles and Responsibilities:

  3. Daily Operations:
    • Oversee table assignments, reservations, and cleanliness.

  4. Inventory and Supplies:
    • Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
    • Coordinate with kitchen and suppliers for timely restocking.
  5. Reporting and Coordination:
    • Communicate with the restaurant manager on staff and customer issues.
    • Assist in preparing daily sales and performance reports.
  6. Compliance:
    • Enforce health and safety regulations.
    • Ensure staff follow company policies and standards.
