Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience in international recruitment, with a track record of successfully placing candidates in overseas positions.
• Skills: Strong sourcing and recruiting skills, with experience using various recruitment tools and techniques. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of international labor markets, visa processes, and employment regulations.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to make informed decisions and optimize recruitment strategies.

  

• Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to and understanding of different cultures and global work environments.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
