Requirements:

Skills: Strong sourcing and recruiting skills, with experience using various recruitment tools and techniques. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of international labor markets, visa processes, and employment regulations.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to make informed decisions and optimize recruitment strategies.
Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to and understanding of different cultures and global work environments.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
