✅ Skillfully spread dosa batter and cook various dosa varieties (plain, masala, onion, etc.).
✅ Maintain consistency in taste, size, and presentation of parottas and dosas.
✅ Operate and maintain griddles, tawa, and other related equipment.
✅ Ensure timely preparation and service during peak hours.
✅ Follow hygiene and food safety standards in all preparation and cooking processes.
✅ Manage stock of ingredients and report requirements for replenishment.
✅ Assist in planning specials or new varieties as per menu or customer demand.
