Laundry Man

Overview:
A Laundry Man is responsible for the cleaning, drying, folding, and distribution of clothing and linens in various settings such as hotels, hospitals, laundromats, or private residences. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and knowledge of proper fabric care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort clothes and linens by type, color, and washing requirements
• Operate washing machines, dryers, and ironing equipment
• Apply stain removers and choose appropriate cleaning agents
• Fold, hang, or press clean garments and linens
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry areas
• Monitor and replenish laundry supplies
• Report damage or wear to clothing and equipment

Skills & Qualifications:

• Familiarity with various fabrics and care instructions
• Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for long periods
• Basic knowledge of laundry chemicals and equipment
• Time management and organizational skills
• Previous laundry or housekeeping experience is a plus
