Factory Helpers

A Factory Helper is a worker who assists in the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing or production facility. Their role is typically entry-level and focuses on supporting skilled workers, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring the smooth flow of materials, and helping with machinery and product handling.

Job Summary:

The Factory Helper supports the production process by performing a variety of tasks to help in the manufacturing, packaging, and shipping of products. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers in production tasks.
• Load and unload raw materials, parts, and finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness of the factory floor and workstations.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Transport materials and tools within the facility as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Report any machinery malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Perform basic inspections and quality checks on products.
• Assist in inventory counts and stock organization.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a factory or manufacturing setting is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
• Basic understanding of production tools and safety guidelines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as required.
