Construction Site Supervisor

The Construction Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily activities at construction sites. This role ensures that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The supervisor acts as the main point of contact between workers, subcontractors, and project management

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site construction activities and personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to project managers or senior supervisors.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Schedule tasks and allocate resources efficiently.
• Resolve on-site issues and conflicts promptly.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control.
• Maintain daily site logs and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a construction supervisor or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, First Aid, Site Safety Supervisor) are a plus.
