Roles and Responsibilities of TIG Welder

✅ Inspect and prepare workpieces by cleaning, cutting, or shaping as required.
✅ Ensure welds meet quality standards with minimal defects (e.g., cracks, porosity).
✅ Perform visual inspections and use measuring tools to check weld accuracy.
✅ Maintain and troubleshoot TIG welding equipment and accessories.
✅ Follow safety protocols, including the use of PPE and proper ventilation.
✅ Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
✅ Collaborate with other fabricators, fitters, and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
