Roles & Responsibilities (Guards)

• Monitor surveillance cameras and report suspicious behavior
• Check and verify identity of visitors, contractors, and staff
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
• Report daily activity and irregularities such as equipment or property damage
• Assist during emergencies, including evacuations
• Enforce rules and regulations on site

Roles & Responsibilities (Supervisor)

• Supervise and schedule daily activities of security personnel
• Train and guide security staff on procedures and emergency responses
• Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure safety standards
• Investigate incidents and produce detailed reports
• Coordinate with management, law enforcement, or emergency personnel as needed
• Manage access control systems and visitor logs
• Handle employee conflicts or escalated incidents on-site
