Sales Boy (Electrical Shop)

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Customer Assistance:
   • Greet customers and understand their needs.
   • Suggest suitable electrical products (e.g., bulbs, switches, cables, appliances).
2. Product Knowledge:
   • Explain features, usage, and pricing of electrical items.
   • Stay updated on new arrivals and stock changes.
3. Sales Handling:
   • Process sales using billing systems or manually.
   • Handle cash, cards, or digital payments as required.
4. Stock Management:
   • Assist in receiving, unpacking, and arranging products.
   • Report low stock levels or fast-moving items to the supervisor.
5. Shop Maintenance:
   • Keep shelves clean, organized, and well-stocked.
   • Ensure the shop floor is tidy and presentable at all times.
6. Customer Follow-up (if applicable):
   • Inform customers about discounts, new stock, or special offers.
   • Help with after-sales support or product exchanges.
7. Team Support:
   • Cooperate with colleagues to ensure smooth shop operations.
   • Assist in store opening/closing procedures.
