RO Plant O&M Technician

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor RO plant systems, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
• Conduct routine inspections, checks, and troubleshooting of equipment and machinery.
• Perform regular maintenance, cleaning, and replacement of membranes, filters, and other components.
• Monitor water quality parameters and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain records of plant operations, maintenance activities, and water test results.
• Identify and rectify operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with supervisors and report any major faults or abnormalities.
• Ensure proper chemical dosing and handling of treatment chemicals safely.
• Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations during operations and maintenance work.
• Support in the installation or upgrading of plant systems when required.
