  • Installation & Setup
    • Install commercial kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, fryers, mixers).
    • Set up refrigeration systems (freezers, cold rooms, chillers).
    • Ensure all installations comply with manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
  • Maintenance
    • Conduct regular preventive maintenance.
    • Clean and inspect components like fans, coils, and filters.
    • Check gas levels, wiring, seals, and mechanical parts.
  • Repairs
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in kitchen and refrigeration equipment.
    • Replace or repair defective parts (compressors, motors, thermostats).
    • Ensure minimal downtime by conducting efficient repairs.
  • Documentation & Compliance
    • Maintain service logs and repair records.
    • Follow safety regulations and local codes.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for parts and warranties.
  • Customer Support
    • Advise customers on proper usage and care.
    • Respond to service calls and emergency breakdowns.
    • Provide estimates for parts and labour.
