Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using planning software 
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to gather project data and updates.
  • Monitor and track project progress against approved schedules and identify potential delays.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans when needed.
  • Analyze project performance, identify risks, and propose mitigation measures.
  • Assist in resource planning and allocation to ensure alignment with the project timeline.
  • Update schedules regularly to reflect actual progress and changes in scope or priorities.
  • Ensure that all planning and scheduling activities are in line with contract requirements and client expectations.
  • Support cost control teams with time-related input for project cost monitoring.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide input on schedule-related matters.
