Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Material Handling:
   • Load and unload construction materials.
   • Transport materials to appropriate areas using wheelbarrows or lifting tools.
2. Site Preparation:
   • Assist in setting up scaffolding, barricades, or safety signs.
   • Help prepare and level the ground or base for construction activities.
3. Support to Skilled Workers:
   • Assist carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople.
   • Hold tools, mix materials, and support tasks as needed.
4. Site Maintenance:
   • Keep the site clean and free of debris or hazards.
   • Dispose of waste and scrap materials properly.
5. Tool Operation:
   • Use hand tools like hammers, shovels, or drills safely under supervision.
   • Maintain tools in good condition.
6. Safety Compliance:
   • Wear proper PPE (helmet, gloves, boots) at all times.
   • Follow safety instructions to prevent accidents or injuries.
7. General Duties:
   • Follow site supervisor’s directions.
   • Be available for various manual tasks depending on project needs.
