Roles and Responsibilities of a Finishing Carpenter:
✅ Measure, cut, and install trim, moldings, doors, windows, cabinets, and other finishing woodwork.
✅ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
✅ Ensure precise fitting, alignment, and smooth finishing of all wood components.
✅ Repair or replace damaged woodwork and fixtures.
✅ Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
✅ Apply stains, varnishes, or paints for a polished look.
✅ Collaborate with other trades (electricians, painters, etc.) to complete projects on schedule.
✅ Follow safety standards and maintain a clean work area.
