Roles and Responsibilities
✅ Climb coconut trees using traditional or modern climbing equipment safely.
✅ Harvest mature coconuts at the right stage for consumption or processing.
✅ Trim dead or excess fronds (leaves) to maintain tree health and reduce hazards.
✅ Remove pests or diseased parts of the tree when identified.
✅ Apply pesticides or fertilizers to the crown of the tree when required.
✅ Ensure proper collection and safe lowering of coconuts to prevent damage.
✅ Inspect trees regularly to monitor growth, health, and potential issues.
✅ Maintain and care for climbing tools and safety equipment.
