Civil Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate civil works, including earthworks, concrete works, masonry, and structural activities.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of site workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote safe working practices on-site.
• Monitor progress and ensure work is completed within planned schedules and budget.
• Check materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain daily records of site activities, manpower, material usage, and equipment.
• Coordinate with engineers, foremen, and other departments to resolve site issues.
• Assist in preparing reports on work progress, delays, and any site challenges.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials at the site
