Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, masons, carpenters, and other site labor.
• Interpret and implement construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards.
• Plan and allocate tasks to the workforce to meet daily targets and deadlines.
• Monitor use of materials and equipment, and report shortages or requirements to the site engineer or project manager.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, attendance, and material usage.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and safety equipment.
• Identify and resolve any issues on-site that may affect progress or safety.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations at the work site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other stakeholders as required.
