Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and answer their questions.

  • Issue receipts, refunds, or change as needed.
  • Maintain cash register accuracy and reconcile at the end of shifts.
  • Handle customer complaints or refer to the manager as necessary.
  • Keep the checkout area clean and organized.
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer interaction.
  • Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining inventory when needed.
