Bulldozer, Excavator & Wheel loader Operator

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Machine Operation:
   • Operate bulldozers for land clearing, grading, and leveling.
   • Use excavators for trenching, digging, and earthmoving.
   • Run wheel loaders for lifting, loading, and transporting materials.
2. Site Preparation:
   • Assist in preparing construction or mining sites.
   • Clear debris, rocks, or vegetation as instructed.
3. Safety Compliance:
   • Conduct pre-operation checks and follow safety protocols.
   • Wear proper PPE and ensure a hazard-free environment.
4. Equipment Maintenance:
   • Perform daily maintenance checks (oil, fuel, hydraulics).
   • Report mechanical issues or malfunctions promptly.
5. Coordination with Team:
   • Follow instructions from site supervisors or engineers.
   • Communicate effectively with other operators and ground crew.
6. Efficiency and Precision:
   • Complete assigned tasks with accuracy and in a timely manner.
   • Adjust operation techniques based on terrain and weather conditions.
7. Documentation:
   • Record daily machine usage, fuel consumption, and operational hours.
   • Assist in reporting completed work or any incidents.
