Roles and Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models, renderings, and animations based on architectural plans, sketches, and concepts.
• Develop realistic textures, lighting, and materials to produce photorealistic visualizations.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Present and revise 3D visuals based on feedback from clients or internal teams.
• Ensure all visuals align with the brand, design standards, and project guidelines.
• Work with software tools like 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar applications.
• Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines for submissions and presentations.
• Stay updated on new visualization techniques, tools, and trends.
• Organize and maintain a library of materials, textures, and 3D assets for projects.
